How many deals should I expect from these leads?

Conversion depends on your follow-up process and market conditions. Generic cold leads often close at under 1 percent. Our analyst-vetted opportunities are designed to perform better, with more contactable homeowners and a higher likelihood of listing, but your results will ultimately reflect your follow-up and close rate.
